The oil press is an ingeniously engineered system comprising a motor, motor frame, fodder, transmission belt, reducer, pressing system, oil pan, cake system, and adjustment system, ensuring comprehensive and seamless oil extraction.
Operating Instructions
1. Carefully study the user's manual to fully understand the performance features and operating procedures of the screw oil press.
2. Conduct a thorough inspection before starting to ensure all fasteners are secure and intact.
3. Connect the oil machine to a three-phase four-wire power source. Upon connection, verify that the spindle rotates counterclockwise. It is imperative to have a proper grounding device to ensure safe operation.
4. Activate the main motor by pressing the button. Ensure the main unit rotates counterclockwise. If not, adjust the live wires accordingly to correct the rotation direction.
5. When installing a new oil press, grind with oil cake and sand for 4-8 hours. Avoid placing crops in the hopper during this period.
6. Maintain a consistent feed rate. Avoid overfeeding or underfeeding to prevent disruptions.
7. Prior to shutdown, cease feeding and introduce a small amount of cake crumbs. Allow the machine to exhaust remaining materials. Once no more cake is expelled, stop the machine, rotate the adjusting screw clockwise by 1-3 turns, then disconnect the power.
