This semi-automatic iron cover sealing machine is mainly used for all kinds of metal, plastic cap screw cap, aluminum, the lock screw, sealing, capping work;
The vacuum capping machine uses the rotation of the pneumatic actuator and drives the capping head on the cylinder plate to move back and forth through the air pressure to control the rise and fall;
The horizontal cylinder controls the reciprocating motion of the bottle clamping die to complete the machine work.  
When the cap is tightened, the capping head will automatically rise, which can effectively avoid the wear of the cap.  At the same time, it also indicates that the operation of the next bottle cap can be entered, which effectively reduces the labor intensity and ensures the quality of the cap.
