We can provide complete feed productionplant for livestock feed (such as for pigs), poultry feed (for chickens, ducks, geese, etc.), ruminant feed (for cattle, sheep, etc.), general aquatic feed (for the four major fish species, etc.), special aquatic feed (for shrimp, crabs, etc.), extruded aquatic feed (floating and sinking fish feed, shrimp, etc.), premixes (containing various additives, etc.), and pet food ( food, dog food, etc.) to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
Ruminant feed includes feed for ruminant animals such as cattle, sheep, and camels. Ruminating refers to the process where food, after being ingested, is returned to the mouth for further chewing after a period of partial digestion in the stomach. Ruminant animals are those that possess this type of digestive process. Ruminant feed is divided into concentrates and total mixed rations. The main raw materials for ruminant feed include grains such as corn, wheat, barley, and soybean meal (similar to livestock and poultry feed), as well as roughage materials like fresh grass, hay, and straw.
The characteristics of ruminant feed include a coarse grinding fineness (screen mesh diameter of 4-8mm), low requirements for conditioning (the pellet mill uses a single-layer conditioner), and large finished pellet diameters (approximately 4-10mm). The dual-line SZLH420 ruminant feed design has a production capacity of 20-30T/H, utilizing two grinding lines, one batching and mixing line, two pelletizing lines, and two packaging lines. The total power of the equipment is approximately 700KW. The entire line is designed to be compact and structurally reasonable, meeting environmental protection requirements, and can be customized according to customer specifications.
