Operating Instructions
1. Thoroughly review the user instructions to fully understand the performance characteristics and operational methods of the screw oil press for safe and efficient usage.
2. Before initiating operation, conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that all fasteners are securely tightened, safeguarding against operational errors.
3. Connect the oil machine to a three-phase four-wire power supply. Once powered, ensure the spindle rotates counterclockwise. Always establish a proper grounding device before operation to ensure safety.
4. Activate the main motor button, ensuring the host switch is in the positive position. The main unit should rotate counterclockwise; if incorrect, adjust the two live wires accordingly.
5. After installation, grind the new oil press with oil cake and sand for 4-8 hours. Avoid introducing crops into the hopper during this process.
6. Maintain a steady feed rate, avoiding excessive or insufficient feeding to prevent operational interruptions.
7. Before shutdown, cease feeding and introduce a small amount of cake crumbs. Turn off the machine after all pressing film materials are exhausted and cake discharge ceases. After shutdown, rotate the adjusting screw clockwise 1-3 turns, then disconnect the power supply.
