Instruction about the wood pellet production line
The mobile small complete wood pellet production line is manufactured for professional pellet production.  
The main equipment within it includes hammer mill, cyclone separator, silo, feeder, pellet mill, water tank, vibrating screen, foundation frame and electric cabinet.
The wood pellet production line can not only pelletize sawdust, stalks and straw, but also process forage and fodder for animals.

2.Part machine date of the feed pellet making machine line

1	VIC-450D hammer mill	1	15	It's with 15 hammer blades, by changing the different position of the blades, it's suitable for crushing woody or biomass or forage material with size less than 20 mm (diameter), the size of the output crushed material can reach diameter 3-5mm.
2	Pneumatic conveying part	1	2.5	This unit includes one 2.2kw air blower, wind pipeline and cyclone separator. It will transport the crushed material into bin for mixing and storage. It's connected with vibrating screen and bucket conveyor with semitransparent soft pipes to cool the pellets, and collect the powder and dust.
3	Material silo	1	0.75	It's with 1m^3 volume, its shell is made of 2.5 mm steel plate. There are two portholes on both sides for monitoring and observation.  Four paddle type mixers is driven by one 0.75KW motor. The highest material level for this bin is at 800mm from the bottom.
4	Screw conveyor	1	0.18	The input port for mixed material is at the bottom of the bin. It's 112mm in diameter, 1023 mm long. It is to feed the mixed material into the pellet mill, and is driven by frequency conversion speed controlled motor, 0.18 KW, frequency conversion range is 30~60 Hz
5	Pellet machine VIC-400	1	30	This pellet machine makes 0.4 ton wood pellets per hour by using pure sawdust. The water adding system is connected and available to adjust the moisture content of the mixed material. We can make 6, 8 mm pellets (diam.).
6	Water tank	1		This tank can carry 100 L water. The water pump is at 24V, capacity : 5L/min, water discharge pressure: 8.5kg, flow meter capacity: 0.2-2GPM
7	Vibrating sieve VIC-300D	1	0.37	3.5*3.5mm Mesh, with 0.37KW power. The size of the mesh can be changed according to your requirements. One φ45mm soft pipes is connect to collect the powder and dust.
8	Scraper conveyor VIC-145D		0.75	It's driven by chain, the scraper size is at 145mm.  The size for single section is 2436*437*484 mm. The length and height of this conveyor can be extended by adding and connecting one extra section. There are five positioning joints at the end of the conveyor, you can adjust the height and angle of the conveyor easily. Two φ100mm soft pipes is connect to cool the pellets.

Hammer mill

Introduction:                                        
This crush machine can crush all kinds feed materials and straws into powder directly. It is small investment, low energy consumption, high productivity, high economic benefit, the crushed sawdust can be put into pellet mill directly.
 

Pneumatic conveying part( 2.2kw air blower supply 1650m³/h air flow)
No 1# steel pipe is connected with hammer mill to transport the crushed material into mixer.
No 2.1# and No 2.2# two diameter 100mm soft pipes are connected to cool the pellets on the scraper conveyor belt .
No 3# one diameter 45mm soft pipe is connected to collect the  powder and dust below the screen.

Pellet machine

Introduction:                                         
(1).It can make the biomass, sawdust pellet from corn straw,green waste,bamboo powder,grazing,straw,rice hull,all kinds of wood and so on. It also can make feedstuff pellets from corn ,oil cake the fish, chicken, animal and so on..
(2).Use the cold press forming technique, polishing craft, good appearance, compact structure;
(3).High capacity, low consumption, low noise, little trouble, high efficiency, continuous work, economic and durable;
(4).Whole machine is made by special high quality material, and KAF three-level gear box transmit equipments, main parts are used the high quality alloy steel with durable material, use the Germany vacuum stove hot principle, lifetime is bigger 5-7 times than common pellet mill.
(5)Roller bearing adopts automatic alarm lubrication device for oil shortage to ensure stable operation of equipment for a long time. 
(6) Reducer gear oil is equipped with automatic overflow prevention device. After oil heating, the excess oil enters the overflow prevention tank through the pipe, and automatically flows back to the reducer after cooling
(7) The pellet machine can choose automatic water tank, water inlet speed is controlled by the adjustable flow switch installed on the column

It is used to conveyor the final pellets with Variable frequency speed regulating motor which can Control the output of conveyor.
