7. Working PrincipleThis machine operates on a leather hose self-priming filling system. By inserting the hose into the raw materials tank, the cylinder-driven piston rod draws the raw materials through a self-priming hose. The materials pass a check valve into the metering cylinder, then are pushed out by the piston through the valve, hose, and filling head into the bottle. The filling volume is finely controlled by the magnetically controlled switch, ensuring precise results.
