Biomass Briqutte Press Machine (9YK)
1.Introduction:
This machine is used for making the biomass briquette from the sawdust, straw, hulls, etc.
(1) Multi-function design: can extrude pellets or briquette , briquette diameter can be 6-50mm adjustment. Pellet diameter can be 4-12mm, briquette diameter can be 20-33mm.
(2) Output forming steady: mechanical ramjet design, used high temperature high pressure ram principle to adjust pressure angel ,make material output without block;
(3) Long machine life time : use alloy steel ,vacuum firing craft, improve die life time ;
(4) High capacity : can operate 24 hours continuously;
(5)High density: adopt mechanical ram design, forming principle is high temperature, high pressure, high frequency , make high density, between 1.0-1.3 g/cm3.
(6) Easy operation: high automatic degree, little labor force; the whole machine is matched feeder and output conveyor, and control box;
(7) Proper for a lot of material: all kinds of straws, grain husk, peanut hull, cotton straw, sawdust, branch, life waste and so on.
(8)Length of Raw Materials should be below 50mm , if not , you need a crusher.
(9)Moisture Content of Raw materials should be below 25%, If much larger, drying by the sun or drier first please.
