This oil press is meticulously engineered, composed of essential components such as a motor, motor frame, fodder, transmission belt, reducer, pressing system, oil pan, cake system, and adjustment system, among others.
Operating Instructions
1. It is crucial to thoroughly read and understand the user instructions to gain a comprehensive grasp of the screw oil press's performance characteristics and operational procedures.
2. Prior to starting, conduct an extensive inspection to ensure all fasteners are secure and not loose.
3. The oil machine must be connected to a three-phase, four-wire power supply. Upon connection, the spindle should rotate counterclockwise. A reliable grounding device is mandatory to ensure safe operation.
4. Activate the main motor by pressing the button, setting the host switch to the positive position. Verify that the rotation follows a counterclockwise direction. If incorrect, adjust the two live wires as necessary.
5. When the new oil press is installed, grind with oil cake and sand for 4-8 hours before using. Avoid placing crops in the hopper during the grinding process.
6. Maintain uniform feeding. Avoid overfeeding, underfeeding, or operating the machine idly without material.
7. Cease feeding before shutting down the machine. Introduce a small amount of cake crumbs, and halt operation only after all materials are expelled and no cake is discharging. Once stopped, rotate the adjusting screw clockwise 1-3 turns, then disconnect the power.
