Step-by-Step Operating Instructions
1. Begin by thoroughly reviewing the user manual to understand the performance features and operational methods of the screw oil press to ensure optimal results.
2. Conduct a meticulous inspection prior to activation to confirm that all fasteners are securely tightened.
3. Ensure the oil press is connected to a stable three-phase four-wire power supply. Upon connection, the spindle should rotate counterclockwise. It is imperative to have a proper grounding device in place for safety.
4. Activate the main motor by pressing the button, ensuring the switch is in the positive position for counterclockwise rotation. If necessary, adjust the live wires to correct the direction.
5. For a new oil press, perform a grinding process with oil cake and sand for 4-8 hours to ensure smooth operation-avoid grabbing crops in the hopper during this process.
6. Maintain consistent feeding to prevent overloading or underfeeding, which could lead to operational issues.
7. Before shutting down, cease feeding and introduce a small amount of cake crumbs. Allow the machine to run until all pressing materials are expelled, and no more cake is discharged. Afterward, rotate the adjusting screw clockwise 1-3 times before disconnecting the power.
