The DZY276 pretreatment big oil press equipment is an enhanced and improved version of the original 32-type oil press, offering superior performance and efficiency.
Compared to the earlier model, this machine features a hollow shaft water-cooling device to prevent cake sticking. The feeding mode has been innovatively switched to reverse feeding. The gearbox is designed with an up-and-down opening and closing box, utilizing the gear grinding process and a cold oil circulation system, ensuring extended service life and easier maintenance.
The pressed cake boasts an excellent shaping effect and vibrant color, making it ideal for leaching processes.
This advanced big screw oil press machine offers remarkable versatility, not requiring stringent moisture and temperature conditions. It functions efficiently as both a high and low temperature machine. Even at a low pressing temperature of 70-80 degrees, it maintains the dry cake's residual oil index and minimizes protein denaturation.
The pretreatment oil press machine is designed to occupy a minimal footprint, significantly reducing maintenance costs and simplifying management.

1. The gearbox of the main gearbox (Jie brand reducer) is equipped with a sophisticated cold oil circulation spray device, ensuring thorough lubrication of gearbox bearings and gears, thereby greatly extending their service life.
2. The main gearbox is meticulously researched, designed, and produced in line with the specific operational needs of the oil press. It features a large gear module, superior strength, resistance to torsion and thrust, and operates with minimal noise. The gears utilize advanced hard tooth surface grinding technology.
3. The snails and bars are crafted from cemented carbide and possess a service life of no less than 6 months.
4. The outer cover plate of the oil press is constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel.
5. The oil press pulley is a premium Martin wheel;
6. The surface of the oil press undergoes a meticulous process of shot blasting to remove rust, followed by polishing and double coating with Everest brand glossy anti-rust paint. The final topcoat is Goldfish brand phthalocyanine green topcoat.
7. The main shaft and reducer are connected using a square-head coupling, a method that prevents shaft breakage and effectively averts main shaft fatigue fracture. The main shaft is a hollow cooling shaft and is outfitted with an electric cake adjusting device.
