The cone crusher has the following characteristics:
1.Using of better crushing frequency and eccentric distance, the percentage of line graininess is much higher.
The Crusher will supply greater crushing fore for you. The length of the force arm designed for our cone crusher exceeds all other come crushers available today. The longer the force arm, the greater the moment of crushing impact. The long force arm of our crusher represented by the main shaft, provides lower eccentric bearing loads, lower bearing temperatures increased bearing life. This combination of superior crushing force and free flow of material provides higher crusher efficiency which means lower power consumption.
2.Largest head displacement provides greater producing capacity. Our crusher with its large throw and complimentary head angle has a displacement volume unmatched by any other cone crusher.
3.The special spring release system acts as an overload protection system that allows tramp iron to pass through the crushing cavity without damage to the crusher and generates more opposition force than other come crushers. So the crushing force is even greater. More crushing force means more productivity.
4.The special hydraulic system connects a portable hydraulic power unit to the hydraulic cleaning jack circuit. With the power unit activated, the cylinder rams raise the adjustment ring bowl and liner assembly away from the main frame, providing increased clearance in the crushing cavity.

Product overview
This kind of crusher can be widely used in mine, cement factory, sand & rock industry. It can crush all kinds of rock under 350Mpa, such as ironstone, non ferrous metal stone, basalt, granite, limestone, sandstone, cobble stone and so on. This kinds of crusher has the following features: simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, good performance and high efficiency.
Working principle
1.The Insurance cylinderlock,cylinder and hydraulic push oil cylinder not only protect the crusher but also solve the problem without removing parts.
2.It can be operated easily and has good performance; the output size can be adjusted automatically.
3.The crush ratio, capacity and the percentage of cubic is increased for the special design of crushing cavity and suitable speed.
4.It can discharge the material automatically under too much metal and block situation.
Hydraulic adjustment, thin oil lubrication and excellent cover can remove the trouble from the old type (oil mix with water).
High manganese steel crush cavity, Rolling mortar wall, the change of cavity type and the lining plate can decrease the abrasion greatly to increase the working life 35%-82%
Characteristics:
When the hydraulic cone crusher works, the drive axle rotates with a pair of bevel gear by the belt pulley from motor. And then the cover of eccentric shaft rotates. Moving cone axis makes a rotary swing, and the space between crushing cavity and rolling mortar wall become big or small, the material will be expressed, hit and winded to output product
