Product Description
1.introduction
We can make pellet making line from 500kg/h to 12t/h which is included crusher, dryer, pellet maker, cooling, packing and other auxiliary equipments. The whole line is compact structure, small occupation, low consumption and high effenciency.
The biomass pellets can be made from any type of wood, straw waste, forestry wastes, lumber leftover, sawdust, wood chips, wood bark and all type of agriculture stuff, such as bamboo dust, sugarcane, coffee husk, paddy straws, sunflower/cotton/corn stalks and so on.
The finished pellets diameter can be 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm according to clent's need.

The whole line need one 20'container, installation size is about 8000*2000*3200mm.
3. Main machine introduction:
HM Hammer mill:
This hammer mill can grind all kinds of small wood, wood scraps, branches, wood chipper, plate edge material, wood bark, bamboo and other wood materials and straws into sawdust directly. It is small investment, low energy consumption, high productivity, high economic benefit; the crushed sawdust can be put into pellet mill directly.
Pipe dryer
Introduction:
Working principle: In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and raw material is large, so the heat transfer rate is high.
It is special suitable for drying heat sensitive material like sawdust, rice hull, milled wheat straw, milled cotton/ corn stalks and so on. It also can be used for drying the grain better.
The HGJ SERIES dryer has the feature of low cost and high efficient. It can reduce moisture from 60-70% to 8-12%.
Fuel for the furnace: wood waste, coal. Waste oil and so on.

Pellet machine
(1).It can make the biomass, sawdust pellet from corn straw,green waste,bamboo powder,grazing,straw,rice hull,all kinds of wood and so on. It also can make feedstuff pellets from corn ,oil cake the fish, chicken, animal and so on..
(2).Use the cold press forming technique, polishing craft, good appearance, compact structure;
(3).High capacity, low consumption, low noise, little trouble, high efficiency, continuous work, economic and durable;
(4).Whole machine is made by special high quality material, and KAF three-level gear box transmit equipments, main parts are used the high quality alloy steel with durable material, use the Germany vacuum stove hot principle, lifetime is bigger 5-7 times than common pellet mill.
Bucket conveyor
It is used to conveyor the pellets to pellet cooler.
Pellet cooler
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, so the wood pellet is easy to store.
Control box
1 set automatically control the whole line. It is matched with more sensors for controlling the whole process automatically.
Pellet packing machine
The system is applied to quantitative automatic weighing, filling, kneading, accumulating weigh and times, stitching and conveying with manual assistant for powder material in the flour factory or other industry.
