The machine's robust construction includes a motor, motor frame, fodder, transmission belt, reducer, pressing system, oil pan, cake system, and adjustment system, offering a comprehensive oil pressing solution.
Operating Instructions
1. Thoroughly read the user manual to become familiar with the performance features and operational methods of the screw oil press, ensuring proficient use.
2. Prior to activation, conduct a full inspection to confirm that all fasteners are securely tightened, preventing any operational mishaps.
3. Connect the oil machine to a three-phase four-wire power supply. Once connected, verify that the spindle rotates counterclockwise. Ensure the grounding device is installed correctly for safe operation.
4. To initiate, press the main motor button. The main unit should rotate in a counterclockwise direction. If the direction is incorrect, adjust the live wires as needed.
5. For new installations, use oil cake and sand to grind for 4-8 hours, avoiding the use of crop seeds during this process to prevent damage.
6. Maintain consistent feed levels. Avoid overfeeding or underfeeding to ensure smooth operation and prevent idle running.
7. Cease feeding before shutting down the machine. Introduce a small amount of cake crumbs and halt the machine once residual materials are cleared. Post-shutdown, rotate the adjusting screw clockwise by 1-3 turns before disconnecting the power.
