Product Description

Application:

This small cold press oil machine is rods type oil press, it can be used to press vegetable oil from different oil seeds, such as cottonseeds, soybean, rapeseeds, peanut, sunflower seeds, tea seeds, etc.
The oil expeller has the advantage of simple design, easy operation, Long live and high output etc, both hot press and cold press can be available.
This machine can be widely used in shops and small oil factory. 
The oil press is composed of motor, motor frame, fodder,transmission belt, reducer, pressing system, oil pan, cake system and adjustment system,etc.

Operating instructions
 1. We should carefully read the instructions for user and master the performance characteristics and operation methods of the screw oil press.
 2.Before starting,conduct a comprehensive inspection, make sure the fasteners are not loose.
 3.The oil machine is connected to the three-phase four-wire power supply, after the power is connected, the spindle should rotate counterclockwise. No matter what the situation, the machine must have a good grounding device, otherwise it can not be turned on.
 4.Press the main motor button, (the host switch to the positive position) the host starts to run, the rotation direction should be counterclockwise rotation.  If the direction is wrong, adjust the two live wires arbitrarily.
 5.After the installation of the new oil press with oil cake and sand for 4 - 8 hours grinding,cannot be used to grab the crops in the hopper in the grinding.
 6.Must keep the feed uniform, do not feed too much or too little or break the idle.
 7. Stop feeding before shutdown, and then put a small amount of cake crumbs. Stop the machine until the remaining materials in the pressing film are exhausted and the cake is no longer discharged from the cake outlet.  After shutdown, rotate the adjusting screw clockwise for 1-3 circles, and then disconnect the power supply.
