It effectively boosts milk production and is ideal for pastures of all sizes across China. The TMR mixer comes in various capacities, ranging from 3 cubic meters to 12 cubic meters.
Working Principle:
1. The TMR series full-mix ration mixer is ingeniously engineered with one or two twisted augers, available in left-handed and right-handed configurations.
2. As the materials undergo mixing and cutting, they are simultaneously processed from both ends of the container towards the center of the mixer. Each auger spiral features a mobile blade for cutting, working in tandem with the stationary teeth along the feed mixer's center line.
3. This machine expertly cuts and stirs various fibrous forages and straws, achieving a completely mixed and uniformly balanced diet feeding solution.
Outlet System:
The sophisticated discharge door control comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder, fixed support, linked support, and a sliding discharge baffle. This baffle, installed on the hydraulic cylinder's reciprocating axis, allows for seamless opening and closing. The discharge area is equipped with a robust magnetic plate for efficient iron removal. Additionally, users have the option to install a discharge conveyor, with the discharge door customizable to open on either side as per user preference.
