1.Introduction

1. This pellet machine can make the biomass, sawdust pellet from corn straw, green waste, bamboo powder, grazing, straw, rice hull, all kinds of wood and so on. It also can make feedstuff pellets from corn, oil cake the fish, chicken, animal and so on...
2. Use the cold press forming technique, polishing craft, good appearance, and compact structure;
3. High capacity, low consumption, low noise, little trouble, high efficiency, continuous work, economic and durable;
4. Whole machine is made by special high quality material, and KAF three-level gear reducer and electrical control box ,main parts are used the high quality alloy steel with durable material, use the Germany vacuum stove hot principle, lifetime is bigger 5-7 times than common pellet mill. 
5. With Automatic lubrication system which can add oil into bearing automatically, protect the machines, prolong machine lifetime;
6. The final size of the pellets is diameter 6,8,10,12mm,30mm for the sawdust pellet , and 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, for animals food .According to the requirement of clients, it can adjust the length of the pellets.

Raw material moisture is required around 10-15%
