Function and feature:
This series liquid filling machine can be applied to fill liquid in food, bath items, medicine, chemical etc; it's not suitable to fill the liquid with gas and drinking materials with pellet.
The whole machine are stainless steel, the contact materials part choose 304 stainless steel and in accordance with health standard.
Pneumatic parts choose Taiwan AirTAC brand to make sure the machine work steady.
Foot switch inching operation, auto working and two kinds of control mode are more practical and convenient.
The filling heads can be changed according to different diameter bottleneck.
2 heads can fill same time.
Working principle: this machine is leather hose self-priming filling, put the hose into raw materials tank, and in the driven of the cylinder to pull the piston rod, the raw materials goes through self priming hose, the check valve under the tee into metering cylinder, and then by cylinder to push the piston then raw materials out from the valve, hose, filling head goes into the bottle, through magnetically controlled switch control cylinder stroke to decide the filling volume.
